Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. pineapple juice
    1 whole egg
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 large can pineapple chunks
    1 c. pecans
    4 to 6 apples, sliced
Preparation
    Drain pineapple juice and save.
    Cook flour, juice, egg and sugar until thick.
    Stir in cream cheese.
    Pour over pineapple, apples and pecans.
    Chill.
