Barbecue Mochiko Chicken - cooking recipe

3 1/2 lb. chicken wings
2 Tbsp. flour
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
4 Tbsp. mochiko
4 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. salt
5 Tbsp. shoyu
1 tsp. oyster sauce
2 eggs
chopped green onions
sesame seed
Preparation
-
Marinate chicken wings for 2 hours in a
mixture of the ingredients, except sesame seed.
Roll in
sesame
seed before frying in peanut oil.
