Southern Living Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 can French fried onions
1 jar chopped pimento
Preparation

Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 cup onions.
Pour into 1-quart casserole dish. Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese and onions.
Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes longer.
Good, good, good.
