Salmon Peaches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. fresh salmon fillets
    1/2 yellow peach
    1 oz. fresh tarragon
    1 tsp. white wine
    1 tsp. cream
    1 tsp. butter
Preparation
    Bake salmon with wine at 400\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
    Place salmon on plate and top with peaches.
    Mix wine, butter and cream of tarragon until sauce thickens.
    Spoon over salmon and peaches.
