Clam Walnut Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. cream cheese, softened
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can minced clams, drained
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Beat together softened cream cheese and drained minced clams. Blend in lemon juice, chopped onion, salt and garlic salt.
    Stir in 1/2 cup of the chopped walnuts.
    Chill.
    Turn out onto waxed paper.
    Shape into 2 rolls similar to a stick of butter.
    Roll in remaining chopped walnuts.
    Serve with crackers.
