No Roll Pie Crust Dough - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. + 2 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation

Cut into flour the salt and shortening until mixture is coarse crumbs.
Sprinkle 2 to 3 tablespoons cold water into flour mixture, mixing lightly with fork after each addition until pastry is just moist enough to hold together.
Press into bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
Flute edge.
Cover with plastic wrap to keep moist.
Makes a 9-inch crust.
