Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. pkg. light cream cheese
3/4 c. confectioners sugar
1/3 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. 1% milk
1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed
1 (9 oz.) graham cracker crust
1/4 c. finely chopped salted peanuts
1/3 c. Hershey's chocolate sauce
Preparation

Beat cream cheese.
Add confectioners sugar and peanut butter. Slowly add the milk.
Blend 8 ounces of the Cool Whip in by hand. Pour into the graham cracker crust and place in freezer several hours to chill.
Before serving, top with remaining Cool Whip and drizzle with chocolate sauce, then sprinkle with chopped salted peanuts.
