Wine Cheese Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
6 oz. softened cream cheese
1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts
4 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
1/2 lb. Blue cheese, crumbled
4 Tbsp. sherry or Port wine
1 Tbsp. grated onion (optional)
Preparation

Blend
cheeses\tthoroughly.
Add remaining ingredients. Chill until firm enough to mold into logs or one ball.
Freeze or refrigerate.
Makes 4 logs.
