Portuguese Dressing For Green Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
    1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Put all in a tightly covered jar and shake until blended and emulsified.
    Pour over mixed greens garnished with sliced tomatoes, red onion rings and sliced black olives.
