Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
1/3 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
2 egg whites
1/2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation

Combine coconut, sugar, flour and salt in a bowl. Stir in egg whites and almond extract.
Mix well.
Drop from spoon onto lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until edges are golden. Remove from sheet immediately. Makes 1 1/2 dozen.
