Guacamole Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 avocado (bumpy, not soggy but soft)
smidge of milk or lemon juice
3 Tbsp. onion, minced
6 Tbsp. diced green pepper
1/4 tomato, diced
smidge salt
Preparation
-
Scoop out avocado after cutting lengthwise. Mash with fork until smooth.
Add milk or lemon juice to prevent discoloring. Cut and mince onion, dice green pepper and tomato and add smidge of salt.
Mix.
Serve with nacho chips.
