Vegie Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans crescent rolls
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. salad dressing
    1 envelope dressing mix
    shredded carrots
    chopped broccoli
    chopped onion
    chopped pepper
    shredded lettuce
    diced tomatoes
    diced ham
    hamburger
Preparation
    Spread crescent rolls out on a baking sheet, pinching all edges together.
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Mix cream cheese, dressing and dressing mix together and spread over cooled crust. Cover with your choice of vegetables, meats or cheese.
