Impossible Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. coconut
1 tall can evaporated milk
1/3 c. water
4 eggs
1 1/8 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
Preparation

Butter the bottom of a 10-inch glass pie pan.
Spread flaked coconut in pan.
Place all other ingredients in blender; blend well on high speed.
Carefully pour over coconut and make sure all coconut is moistened.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 40 minutes, or until lightly browned and set like a custard.
Makes its own crust.
