Shrimp, Mushroom And Artichoke Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    1 1/2 lb. shrimp
    1 (No. 2) can artichoke hearts
    4 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    4 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. heavy cream
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Melt
    2 1/2 tablespoons butter and saute mushrooms; set aside. Boil
    and
    peel
    shrimp.
    In
    2
    quart casserole, make layer each of artichokes, shrimp and mushrooms.
    Make sauce by melting
    4 1/2
    tablespoons butter, stirring with wire whisk, add flour, then
    milk and cream.
    Stir until thick; add wine, Worcestershire, salt
    and
    pepper
    to cream sauce.
    Pour over layered ingredients.
    Sprinkle
    top
    with grated cheese, then paprika. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Serve over rice. Better made day before.
    Serves 6.
