Broiled Crab Cheese Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, drained and flaked
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. milk
1/8 tsp. salt
4 to 6 slices bread or English muffins
4 to 6 tomato slices
4 to 6 slices American cheese
Preparation

Mix crab with lemon juice.
Blend mayonnaise with milk and salt; add to crab.
Mix lightly with fork.
Arrange bread or muffin slices on broiler rack.
Brown on one side; turn over. Spread crab mixture on untoasted side.
Add tomato slice and top with cheese; slice.
Broil until bubbly.
Serves 4.
