Stir-Fried Chicken Bowl - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    3 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned and cut into 1/2-inch strips
    1 clove garlic
    1 bunch green onions, trimmed and cut into 1-inch lengths
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
    1 bunch broccoli, trimmed and cut into 1/4-inch diagonal slices
    1 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Heat oil and saute chicken, garlic and green onions for two minutes over medium heat in a large nonstick skillet or wok.
    Add water chestnuts and broccoli; stir-fry 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
