Layered Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    5 medium potatoes, sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    3 medium stalks celery, chopped
Preparation
    Layer ingredients, starting with potatoes on bottom, then celery, onion, pepper and beef (seasoned).
    Top with tomatoes, chopped with juice.
    Bake in a large covered dish for 1 1/2 hours at 400\u00b0.
