Low-Calorie Soup(Low Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large onions
1 large head cabbage
1 stalk celery
2 large green peppers
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
whole tomatoes, peeled
Preparation

Cut up all the vegetables in chunk size pieces.
Place in a large pot with enough water to cover; boil 10 minutes.
Reduce heat and let simmer until vegetables are tender.
Season with salt and pepper and hot sauce as desired.
Tasty and filling, but very low in calories!
