Lemon Lush - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 c. flour
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. 10x sugar
2 boxes lemon instant pudding
3 c. milk
Preparation

Mix together margarine and flour for pastry and press into 11 x 7-inch pan.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Mix together cream cheese and 10x sugar.
Spread on warm crust.
Mix together pudding and milk and spread over second layer.
Top with remaining Cool Whip and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Cut into squares and serve.
