Apple Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
    3 large apples, chopped
Preparation
    Combine oil, sugar and eggs.
    Beat for 3 minutes.
    Blend in remaining ingredients, except apples.
    Fold in chopped apples. Place in a well-greased tube pan.
    Bake 1 hour and 35 minutes at 250\u00b0.
    Cool and pour on sauce.
