Tommy'S Favorite Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 pieces chicken, skinned
    1 c. uncooked oatmeal
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. milk
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix together oatmeal, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
    Place this mixture in a shallow dish.
    In a separate, shallow dish, place milk.
    Place chicken, one piece at a time, in oatmeal mixture, then dip in milk and again in the oatmeal mixture.
    Place chicken in large baking dish, lightly greased (I use Pam spray).
    Drizzle with margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
