Rice And Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
    3/4 c. uncooked rice
    1 c. tomato sauce
    3/4 c. honey
    1/4 c. fresh orange juice
Preparation
    Brown pork chops and bell pepper in skillet.
    Add rice, salt and tomato sauce.
    Stir in water.
    Cover and simmer 45 minutes until meat is done.
