Oatmeal Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiling water
    1 c. oatmeal
    1/2 c. molasses
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. yeast
    6 to 7 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine boiling water and oatmeal and cool.
    Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.
    Combine all together.
    Let rise twice in bowl and once in pans.
    Makes 2 loaves.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
