Meal-In-A-Bowl Chicken Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. chicken broth (canned or homemade)
1 c. sliced carrots
1 c. sliced celery
1 c. frozen peas
1 c. corn
2 c. shredded chicken (cooked)
1 c. cooked and drained macaroni
1 c. diced potatoes
2 Tbsp. minced parsley
Preparation

Bring broth to boil over high heat; add carrots and celery. Reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are crisp and tender.
Add peas, corn, chicken and potatoes. Cover and simmer until vegetables are tender.
Stir in macaroni, pepper and parsley. Heat through.
Makes 2 quarts.
Serves 4.
