Melon-Blueberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. watermelon balls
    1 c. honeydew melon balls
    1 c. blueberries
    3 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. lime juice
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation
    Combine watermelon, honeydew and blueberries in deep bowl. Combine honey and lime juice and pour over fruit.
    Cover and marinate 2 to 3 hours in refrigerator, stirring several times to distribute marinade evenly.
    Drain fruits, reserving 2 tablespoons liquid.
    Combine sour cream and 2 tablespoons liquid, stirring to blend.
    Fold into fruit and serve immediately.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
