Potato Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. potato water (lukewarm)
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. cooked mashed potatoes (reserving cooking water)
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 egg yolk
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Stir yeast into potato water until dissolved.
    Set aside.
    In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar.
    Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add potatoes and yeast mixture.
    Add salt and milk and mix well. Add flour, 1 cup at a time, until you have a stiff dough.
    Turn out onto a lightly floured board and knead until smooth and elastic. Put dough in an oiled bowl.
    Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
