Mushroom Shrimp Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 large Philadelphia cream cheese
    1 pkg. clear Knox gelatine
    3 Tbsp. water
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 chopped onion
    2 cans cocktail shrimp or crab or use thawed shrimp
Preparation
    Melt soup and cream cheese together in double boiler.
    Add gelatin to 3 tablespoons water.
    Add gelatin to hot mixture.
    When hot mixture is blended, add mayonnaise, chopped celery, onion and shrimp.
    Put in mold and cool overnight.
    Serve with Ritz crackers.
