Potato Candies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium mashed potato
1/4 c. margarine
1 tsp. flavoring
confectioners sugar
coloring
Preparation

While the mashed potato is still warm, add margarine and blend well.
Mix in flavoring and add enough confectioners sugar to make the batter stiff enough to roll into ball.
Divide and color as desired; flatten balls slightly on top and decorate with a nut or chocolate chips.
You also can cover with chocolate.
