Sweep Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chuck roast
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Place
    meat in center of a large piece of aluminum foil in roasting
    pan.
    Combine onion soup mix and undiluted cream of mushroom
    soup; pour mixture over meat and wrap loosely in foil. Bake
    until
    tender
    at
    350\u00b0 for 3 hours.\tYou may add potatoes and carrots.
