Spinach-Avocado Salad - cooking recipe

1/4 c. sesame seed
10 oz. spinach, torn in bite size pieces
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 small onion, thinly sliced and separated in rings
1/2 medium avocado, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
1 hard-cooked egg, sliced
2 to 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Toast sesame seed in ungreased shallow pan in a 350\u00b0 oven, stirring occasionally, until golden, 8 to 10 minutes.
