Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. zucchini, peeled
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded carrot
    1 small jar pimento
    1/2 c. butter
    1 box stuffing mix
Preparation
    Cut zucchini and steam 5 minutes.
    Chop afterwards into smaller pieces.
    Mix in onion and carrots.
    Combine soup and sour cream, stir in vegetable mixture.
    Melt 1/2 cup butter and add to box of Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (or favorite brand).
    Place 1/2 of stuffing on bottom of large casserole.
    Add vegetables, then cover with rest of stuffing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
