Salmon And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/3 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1/3 c. water
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (7 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
Preparation
    Heat first 6 ingredients; layer heated items, rice and salmon in a greased casserole.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Cover; bake 10 minutes.
    Stir and bake 10 minutes more.
    Serves 4.
