Fish Balls With Parsley Sauce(Makes 12 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. (1 lb. each) frozen haddock fillets
    1 c. cracker meat
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1 1/2 c. light cream
    paprika
Preparation
    Thaw haddock just enough to cut into chunks with a heavy knife.
    Put through a food grinder twice, using a fine blade. Place in a large bowl.
    Beat in cracker meal, salt, pepper and cream until mixture is smooth.
    Moisten hands.
    Shape mixture into 1-inch balls.
