Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 can (4 oz.) diced green chilies
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    3 chicken breasts (6 halves), cooked, cut in large bite pieces
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 c. sour cream
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. corn chips
Preparation
    Stir together rice and
    sour
    cream.
    Spoon
    into 2 1/2 quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with
    1
    cup
    of the grated cheese. Mix chicken with sauce and pour over rice.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
    Top with corn
    chips
    and
    bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
