Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 large onion
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 cans tomatoes, crushed
1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. Sauer's chili seasoning mix
2 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans, undrained
salt to taste
Preparation

Combine beef and onion in a Dutch oven.
Cook until beef is browned, stirring frequently to crumble meat.
Drain off all drippings.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
