Fried Green Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium green tomatoes, sliced medium
    2 c. corn meal (white or yellow)
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. cooking oil
Preparation
    Combine the corn meal and salt; bread the tomatoes.
    In a frypan, cook the
    cooking
    oil
    hot and fry the tomatoes.
    A delicious breakfast treat served hot.
    Serves 4 to 6.
