Cajun Fried Crawfish Tails - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. peeled crawfish tails
    1 can Pet milk
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 c. flour
    2 eggs
    season to taste with seasoning
Preparation
    Mix eggs, milk, baking powder and vinegar.
    Season tails and marinate in mixture for at least 1 hour.
    Remove, dip each tail in flour and fry at 380\u00b0 in grease until brown.
