Company Pepper Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. coarsely ground black pepper
    2/3 c. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    6 lb. boneless beef brisket
    1/2 c. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Press pepper firmly in all sides of the brisket.
    Combine soy sauce, vinegar, catsup, paprika and garlic.
    Put meat in dish and pour marinade over it.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Wrap tightly in aluminum foil.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 3 hours or until fork-tender.
    Slice thinly.
