Ginny Niemann'S Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs or wheat germ
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    1 egg
    1/2 c. canned milk
    1 Tbsp. fresh garlic, minced
    1 dash hot pepper sauce
    1 Tbsp. diced parsley
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. dried celery leaves
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and form into balls.
    Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 325\u00b0 for about 10 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
