Buttermilk Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 qt. buttermilk
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 heaping tsp. baking soda
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light (not frothy).
    Slowly add remaining ingredients.
    (Can be stored in refrigerator for 3 days; add more soda to make cakes rise.)
    Fry on hot griddle.
