Danish Pork Chops - cooking recipe

8 pork chops, browned
2 Tbsp. butter
1/3 c. sifted flour
2/3 c. milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 small grated onion
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Topping:
Melt butter in saucepan.
Stir in flour and add milk slowly.
Cook over low heat until thick.
Add eggs.
Cook over low heat, beating well, until consistency of mashed potatoes.
Add onion, cheese, salt and pepper; mix.
