Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts or 1 hen
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small carton sour cream
    1 small pkg. hot Velveeta, grated
    1 onion, chopped
    10 to 15 flour tortillas
Preparation
    Boil chicken, cool, debone and set aside.
    With a little oleo on both sides of tortillas, fry over medium heat until softened. Set aside.
    Saute onion in oleo.
    Add soup, most of cheese and sour cream; mix well.
    Set aside one-fourth of sauce.
    Add chicken to remainder of sauce.
    Put chicken mixture in middle of tortilla; roll.
    Place in baking pan with seam side down.
    Pour remaining sauce over tortillas.
    Sprinkle remaining grated cheese over tortillas.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes, or until hot.
