Company Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 lb. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation

Saute onion in butter until transparent.
Add cream of chicken soup, potatoes and sour cream.
Mix well.
Spoon into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Add topping: Put on Cheddar cheese; on top of cheese, spread corn flakes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
