Egg Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. water
1 2/3 c. Carnation evaporated milk, undiluted
Preparation

Beat ingredients to
mix well. Pour custard into 6 to 8 baking dishes. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Place dishes in cake pan.
Pour water around custard dishes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted into the custard comes out clean.
