Flour Tortillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    2/3 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Add oil and mix thoroughly.
    Add hot water to form a dough.
    Knead dough until smooth and elastic.
    Form 12 balls from dough.
    Roll balls into 6-inch round tortillas.
    Cook tortillas on hot griddle (medium heat) until blisters form.
    Turn tortilla over and cook opposite side for five seconds.
