Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of nutmeg
    3 c. grated carrots
    3/4 c. oil
    1/4 c. milk
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. honey
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Sift together first 5 ingredients.
    Mix the next 5 ingredients together; mix all together.
    Add chopped nuts; bake 1 hour in a 9 x 13-inch pan, or use two 8-inch layer pans and bake until done (test with toothpick).
    Top with Cream Cheese Frosting.
