Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped squash or 2 lb. fresh squash, cooked and drained
    1 grated carrot
    1 chopped onion
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 stick melted margarine
    1/2 pkg. poultry seasoning
Preparation
    Coat baking dish with margarine.
    Save leftover margarine to add to other ingredients.
    Sprinkle half of the poultry stuffing on the bottom of the dish.
    Mix together all other ingredients. Add in remaining melted margarine.
    Pour into baking dish. Sprinkle remaining poultry dressing over the top.
