Strawberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 cup rolled oats
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 cup milk
    1/2 cup butter, melted
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 cup chopped strawberries
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0, grease 12 (2 1/2 inch) muffin cups. Sift flour, baking powder and salt into large bowl.
    Stir in rolled oats and sugar; set aside.
    Combine milk, butter, egg and vanilla in a small bowl.
    Stir milk mixture into dry ingredients just until moistened.
    Stir in strawberries.
    Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups, filling each 2/3 full.
    Bake 15 - 18 minutes or until lightly browned and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Makes 12 muffins.
