Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 tortillas
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 chopped onion
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    15 oz. tomato sauce
    2/3 c. water
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    2 chopped chilies
    1 clove garlic
Preparation
    Brown hamburger; drain. Stir in onion, sour cream, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. Cover and reserve.
    Heat remaining ingredients; simmer 5 minutes, uncovered.
    Pour into pie plate. Dip each tortilla into sauce; coat both sides. Spoon 1/4 cup hamburger mixture onto each and roll.
    Arrange in a 12 x 9-inch ungreased dish.
    Pour remaining sauce over. Bake, uncovered, 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Garnish with shredded cheese, lettuce, onion or lemon wedge, if desired.
