Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    6 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. buttermilk or 2 c. milk and 1 tsp. vinegar
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water and let stand 5 minutes. Combine all ingredients to form dough.
    Cover and raise 5 minutes. Then cover tightly and refrigerate for 1 hour.
    With a tablespoon form biscuits on greased baking sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
    Makes 3 to 4 dozen.
    The dough will keep in refrigerator for weeks.
